About Shanta

Shanta Gabriel is a gifted author, teacher and healer.  Inspired by her many years study of ancient forms of healing, as well as energy transference received from her master teachers, Shanta's gift is the transmission of divine inspiration into everyday life.

Shanta's alignment with the Angelic Dimensions was both unexpected and spontaneous, beginning with visitations from Archangel Michael in 1988, when he filled her healing room with golden light and inspired her powerful form of bodywork, Light Activation Therapy.

As a licensed massage therapist since 1978, Shanta uses Light Activation Therapy to spark light into every cell of the body, gently releasing old energy patterns and allowing the Soul's purpose to flower.  She offers certification trainings for this technique, which can be powerfully combined with other forms of massage to enhance the healing affects.  Shanta also is available to lead a one-day workshop in Angelic Light Therapy, an abbreviated form of Light Activation that can be used by anyone interested in energetic touch bodywork and deeper connection with the Angelic Dimensions and Nature.

In 1990, Archangel Gabriel initiated a transmission of divine, timeless wisdom that resulted in the Angel Messages Book and Card Set in 1996, as well as a wealth of material yet to be published.  Her new book, The Gabriel Messages, is a response to those who contacted her because their lives were enriched and transformed through their own unique connection to this comforting and inspiring work from Archangel Gabriel.

On January 1, 2007, Shanta moved to the San Francisco Bay area from Hawaii.  A California native, she lived in Hawaii for over 20 years, and credits the islands' warmth and beauty as inspiration for her work. Her dedication to bringing the enlightened perspective of the Angelic Dimensions to earth has strengthened as our world becomes more complex.

Shanta continues her work through private sessions that include Angel readings as well as hands-on Light Activation work.  She also leads an inspiring and experiential seven- month Archangel Study Program that uses the essence of each Archangel as it is reflected in the human chakra system.  Shanta assists the anchoring of that energy into the being through original meditation CDs, flower essences and in-depth study.
